"I tried to sync my XP with Intellisync, and had NO success. I tried tech help, no success. Then I tried and Purchased Pocketmirror Pro! At the first initial sync it went smoothly, my second sync had a few Outlook conflicts rise their ugly head. (why the 2nd sync?? who knows), Tech help was GREAT!! they answered the phone in seconds, held on the line with me until we got it straightened out. It was a Profile conflict. Kate was my Techie.. THANKS KATE! anyway... works great all my Outlook info in my Sony 615 and I'm happy."
